   Is it just me, or is blood spewing from a baby’s mouth a bad thing. I am hoping I missed something.

   Oh yes, Puff, it’s a bad thing. You can see the whole story on YouTube as well - there’s probably a link to it from this one.

   The short version: Mama and kids are playing on the bed while Daddy films. Rugrat is playing “monster” and flailing all over creation. Mama warns him a couple of times to be careful, but lets him continue playing. Somehow baby gets a whack in the mouth, probably an unintentional one from the “monster”, and Mama stops playing to check baby. She sees the blood, calls it to Daddy’s attention, and monitors the situation. Meanwhile “monster” is still flailing around, oblivious.

   Mama starts trying to settle “monster” down, suggesting she get him some water, and gets baby some water too. At this point “monster” notices that the baby is bleeding and starts frantically trying to call his father’s attention to the fact, when in fact Daddy has known for a good five minutes.

   However, knowing that the parents are there and paying attention, and that the baby is unlikely to sustain any serious damage, somehow makes it OK for me to laugh like a madwoman at the adorable little boy who is trying SO HARD to make his father understand the gravity of the situation…
