I had to run to Target for some household provisions - we went to 5pm Mass immediately afterward. I'm sorry I missed you! You mentioned in the voicemail that you wouldn't be home this evening - so I thought I would try you tomorrow.
Hope you had a great weekend!

Middle Name Meme...
I will be forever grateful to the Church for many things - but one in particular. I now have a middle name, yeay! :-)
It makes me smile. I was the only kid I knew of that was not given a middle name. It used to make me so sad when I was little that all my friends had one and I didn't.
Here goes...
T - tardy. I too am always just a little bit late, occasionally a lot late. Contrary to the experts who claim that people who are late don't value the time of others, and are selfish, etc. I usually run late because I am
sanguine about time in general, always
thinking that I can get more done than is possible in whatever time is alotted. It drives my husband and daughters nuts as they love to be early or at the very least, punctual. (sorry to copy Clam, but I needed a "t" and it is true)
E - easy going. This is a life goal for me. While I have managed to become easy going in many areas of my life, I'm still working on integrating that attitude in others. I am far and away so much more relaxed than I used to be, it's good to see progress.
R - reading. Books are my friends. For me reading is a bonding experience. (I have boxes and boxes that I refuse to part with)
E - eclectic. Gosh I love that word. It also defines both my decorating and my fashion styles.
S - is the first letter of my last name. It's a very unique German name that I assumed when I married my sweet husband. Personally I think it's proof enough for anyone that I love the man! Did I mention that translated from German to English it means, "sniffling rabbit." Very cute. I've been collecting rabbits (nic-nacs and such, not live animals - we only have one of those) ever since.
A - Adoration. There is something about spending time in front of the Blessed Sacrament. It stirs something deep within me that I cannot really explain. I find that
it changes me just a little more each time.
