FF – “Es schneit” is German for “it’s snowing”. “Oh shite” was my reaction when I looked out the window and saw the ginormous flakes. :-p

    Sehr schmart, meine schwesterlein!

I was on the phone with the stepmom and she was mentioning the big snow out there. I foolishly thought I could beat the snow and take my walk before it hit.

I walked 3 1/2 miles, with the snow driving into my face both ways (yes, it changed directions when I did).

I hit a freak snow/ice thunderstorm last weekend and my reaction was to get that darn “It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas” stuck in my head. I didn’t like driving in it, but it was pretty the next day.

BTW if it snows on your wedding, it’s good luck.
